FOUNTAIN 9/11 

“Fountain 09.11” a tribute to the fallen of the 9.11 tragedy. The black granite inverted tower base contains a narrow slit with an illuminated line of glass mosaic symbolic of the rising up of hope. Placed on the foundation is a stainless steel and glass mosaic assemblage combining broken glass and shimmering mosaics symbolic of the story of the fragments being reassembled while reflecting and illuminating regrowth. The top figures and columns holding the bowl of water in a continuous cascade into the pool becomes a metaphor for life and rebirth.
